Project Plan

The project plan contains the initial planning of this internship period.

Scrum

Within the company, my company mentor advised me to use a scrum approach. In this approach, I work together with another intern. We have a daily stand-up to discuss important matters and set goals for the day. Every week we have a meeting with the company mentor and stakeholders in which we decide on the planning for next week. We divided the internship into sprints of approximately 3 weeks each, where at the end of the sprint, we talk about what we've accomplished and what should improve. We use Trello to keep everyone up to date and plan things for the week. We also have a small backlog of ideas and bugs. The company mentor also has access to the board. For more information about the planning and way of working, visit the stepping stone of "Project Plan".

Version Control

For version control, I use the git provided by the company. Previous developers have worked in this repository as well. We use a consistent gitflow complete with a master, develop and feature branches. For more detail into how we use version control, visit the stepping stone of "Project Plan".
